My short story, “Thinks I Learned Today:” was published today in Daily Science Fiction.
This was a particularly fun one, and one that I was worried wouldn’t find a home because it’s very much about life here, now, and today. Most publications have a long enough lead time that it’s hard to sell these very timely pieces.
I’m thrilled to be making my DSF debut. I’ve been getting their stories in my inbox from the very beginning, but the very short format that works best for their magazine isn’t normally my forte. This particular story, however, needed to be told as a short-short, and I’m thrilled that they accepted it.
I hope you like it, too!
